Severely disabled persons with an exceptional walking disability (mark "aG") or blind persons (mark "Bl") can apply for a parking permit. The Lower Saxony State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Family or its branch offices determine the requirements for the award of the "aG" sign.

Applications for a parking permit for severely disabled persons must be submitted to the responsible office.
