As an employer/user, you are obliged to notify the Occupational Safety and Health Office in writing or electronically at least six weeks before the start of use,

a) if biocidal products are used in the company,
1. which are classified
a) as acutely toxic cat. 1, 2 or 3,
b) carcinogenic, germ cell mutagenic or toxic to reproduction Cat. 1A or 1B or
c) specifically target organ toxic Cat. 1 SE or RE
2. for which, in addition to the cases covered by number 1, the use category "trained professional user" has been specified in the authorization.

b) if the use of biocidal products is for the first time and the beginning of a renewed use of biocidal products after an interruption of more than one year.
