They can only be purchased on presentation of a photo ID or VRB customer card and the entitlement card at the KVG mobility center at the train station (Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 8, 38226 Salzgitter-Lebenstedt).

The entitlement cards are sent to all entitled benefit recipients at the beginning of each year. Anyone who has not received an entitlement card can obtain one from the person responsible for them in the Social Affairs and Senior Citizens Department of the Salzgitter municipal administration.

Recipients of benefits according to SGB II can obtain it on the fourth floor of the town hall in Lebenstedt.
