Under certain conditions, the Lower Saxony Animal Disease Fund will provide you with financial aid for animal losses due to animal diseases if your animals or some of your animals have been removed from the herd or have died due to an animal disease controlled by the state. The prerequisite is that, on the one hand, there is no entitlement to compensation and, on the other hand, the granting of aid is provided for in the aid statutes.
