The project and development plan becomes part of the project-related development plan (Section 12 (3) sentence 1 of the German Building Code (BauGB)).
The plan sets out the details of the project and the associated development measures, which the developer undertakes to implement in the implementation agreement.
Anyone can inspect the relevant documents (project and development plan, project-related development plan, justification of the development plan and summary statement on the way in which the environmental concerns and the results of the public and official participation were taken into account in the development plan and on the reasons why the plan was chosen after weighing up the other planning options that were considered).

The documents are posted on the internet portal of the respective municipality (although not yet for all plans).
