The Seniorentreff of the city of Salzgitter is a public facility and its rooms are available free of charge to older people, senior citizens' groups and associations working with the elderly. A hall can be used for larger events. Further information can be found in the rules of use.
Regular activities in the areas of physical and mental fitness, knowledge and education, creativity and hobbies are complemented by sociable breakfast groups on Wednesdays and Fridays. Carnival, summer and Christmas parties as well as barbecues, over-55 parties and bus day trips round off the varied program of the Seniorentreff.
