What is the "Hand in Hand - taking the fear out of dementia" network?

In the city of Salzgitter, a group of stakeholders has come together to pool their resources and capabilities to provide support for this disease. They founded the network mentioned above, “Hand in Hand – Taking the Fear Out of Dementia,” to expand counseling services and information.

The network’s work centers on the person living with dementia, but also on their social circle—that is, family members and friends. The network also focuses on providing respite services.
