The first starting signal marks the beginning of a colorful adventure program for young and old. Families and children in particular are the focus: numerous hands-on activities provide exercise, entertainment and lots of fun.

A surf simulator, a bouncy castle, giant darts and a children's carousel are planned, among other things. The activities invite visitors to try them out and make the event day a special experience - not only for the youngest guests, but also for adults. In addition, regional clubs present themselves on site, provide insights into their work and create space for movement, exchange and encounters with a lively club mile.

The rush for team registrations is particularly high this year, and many starting places were filled quickly. The
1,000-meter races are already fully booked. Due to the high demand, the starting places have been extended so that for
four places are still available for the 10 and 20-metre cups.
