About the "Arena of Attractions" Circus

"Arena der Attraktionen" is one of the ten most beautiful and creative circuses in Germany and is part of Germany’s intangible cultural heritage—a designation as a cultural asset awarded to the circus by the German UNESCO Commission and the Conference of Ministers of Education in 2024.

The circus will be in Lebenstedt from October 29 through November 8 and then in Salzgitter-Bad, presenting a lively show featuring daring performers, graceful acrobats, funny clowns, and animal acts that treat the animals humanely.

What's there to see?

The program kicks off with a futuristic Oriental show featuring a caravan of mighty camels, two Watussi cattle, two Highland cattle, one Texas Longhorn, and three donkeys.

Oleksandr Timofiev from Lithuania performs a magical cube juggling act.
Angela and Angelina perform partner acrobatics on a “chandelier” inside the circus dome.
Clown Emilio isn’t just funny—he also charms children of all ages with his many endearing ideas.
The enchanting Angelina performs an elegant aerial act on long silks.
Fourteen-year-old Santino showcases his funny dogs.
Madame Celine, dressed as a mermaid in a spiderweb, floats gracefully through the air and performs a spirited juggling act with balls, rings, and clubs.
Now, with twelve-year-old trainee trainer Giordano, a charming little troupe of cute Shetland ponies trots into the ring, quickly winning over the children’s hearts.
The funny lifeguard Marcello provides comic relief on the trampoline and diving board with his incredibly fast capers.
Senior Gitano climbs up wobbly chairs to a height of nine meters to perform daring handstand acrobatics.
Angela spins hula hoops around her hips.
Olena Galkina from the Ukrainian National Circus is a queen of the skies and enchants the audience with an exciting, daring, and thrilling routine on the swinging trapeze.
With astonishing strength, balance, and skill, paired with top-class artistry, Olena Galkina captivates the audience and lets them forget reality for a few magical moments.
Horse whisperer Marcus brings noble Arabian stallions into the ring, where they rise and trot in various dressage routines.
The show concludes with acrobatics on a rapidly spinning “wheel of death,” where two daring stunt performers showcase extraordinary acrobatic feats.

All of this is accompanied by fitting music and state-of-the-art lighting design. A creative, contemporary program for the whole family, performed by lively actors and actresses.
