The event is sold out!

This Christmas-themed evening with Helmut Zierl is as colorful, humorous, surprising, and contemplative as the holiday season itself. An evening full of poetry, wit, and fairy-tale-like innocence.

For an hour or two, forget everything else and look at Christmas from a different perspective: Helmut Zierl offers an entertaining cabaret-style take on the Christmas season—and on all the things that can go wrong during that time…
Helmut Zierl, born in 1954 in Meldorf (Schleswig-Holstein), attended the Hamburg Schauspielstudio Hildburg Frese at the age of seventeen. After several years at the Landesbühne Hannover and the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, he went on to have an impressive career as a TV, series, and film actor.

He became known to a wide audience through his television roles in *Tatort*, *Der Alte*, *Ein Mann steht seine Frau*, *Traumschiff*, *Rosamunde Pilcher*, and approximately 300 other productions.

In Salzgitter, he appeared, among other roles, as Willy Lowman in “Death of a Salesman” (awarded the 2018 INTHEGA Prize for Best Production of the Year), and he also presented his autobiographical novel *Follow the Sun*, in which he describes the wild years of his youth.
