Event information
Date & time
The Drütte concentration camp was established on October 18, 1942 under an elevated road used for industrial purposes. The first 50 prisoners to arrive initially had to set up accommodation rooms, an infirmary and administration rooms. Soon after, the occupancy was already around 3,000 prisoners, who were forced to work in armaments production.
As part of a one-hour guided tour, visitors are informed about the history of the concentration camp and the people imprisoned there. The exhibition can then be viewed independently.
