The exciting dialog between steel sculptures and the natural landscape becomes particularly clear here. Among others, "Jacob's Ladder" and "Swords to Ploughshares" by Prof. Gerd Winner from Liebenburg (curator of the sculpture trail) and "Sun, Moon and Sky" by Jean Ipoustéguy are on display. The tour conveys the significance of the "Road of Peace" from Paris to Moscow, the important art project based on an idea by the sculptor and painter Otto Freundlich. It also provides a wealth of information about the history of the city. Due to the route along the forest and across the golf course, sturdy footwear is required.
