Artists such as Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon and Tom Petty are rock poets. They have written music history with their songs and their works have given generations of singer/songwriters the blueprint for their own successes.

With their program "Storytellers", Martin Hauke and Juan Schmid create a sincere tribute to these extraordinary songwriters. Partly in their own arrangements, but always close to the original, the two musicians play and talk about the work of these and other world artists, their lives and the story behind the song.

Martin Hauke was a founding member and long-time guitarist of Europe's best Rolling Stones tribute band "Voodoo Lounge" and Juan Schmid is known as the singer of the Hanoverian soul band "Soulviertel".
