In this program, the Zorian Trio combines impressionistic sound painting and enchantingly beautiful melodies with lively and virtuoso elements from South America and jazz. At times the music takes us into an operetta, at others we hear lyrical passages followed by rhythmic dances.
The evening begins with Weber's trio for pianoforte, flute and cello, which delights with its lively and emotional movements. Gaubert's "Trois Aquarelles" transports the guests into an atmospheric world of sound, while Piazzolla presents the passionate rhythms of the tango with his "Las Cuatro Estaciones porteñas".
