But it’s not just the classics from days gone by that are featured. Your guests will experience hits like “Last Christmas” by WHAM! and “All I Want For Christmas” by Mariah Carey in a uniquely reinterpreted form.
In their Christmas show, the Cool Cats also strike an unusually calm and contemplative note, revealing a completely different side of themselves.
Lou’s The Cool Cats: Lou Goldstein, Julie van Hoeven, and Peggy Sugarhill are the core of the Cool Cats. Three distinct personalities, three very different voices, and a shared instinct for when a moment truly resonates. The women perform swing and retro pop—not in a nostalgic way, but with a lively energy.
It’s all about attitude, precision, humor, and that little spark that ignites when people aren’t just performing but are truly present.
Swing with intelligence. Retro-pop with heart. Jazz is their common language.
Rock ’n’ roll and rockabilly drive, musical theater flair and a keen sense of dramaturgy, hip-hop timing, pop clarity, jazz sensibility.
