In their new program "Luftmaschen", the four saxophonists present well-known pieces from jazz, classical music, funk and pop as well as a variety of their own compositions tailored to the quartet.

The common thread quickly becomes apparent: a love of music of every genre, the joy of playing together and playing with the audience.

With a keen sense of staging, the spirited musicians interweave their pieces with amusing moderations, skillful show interludes and surprising turns in the instrument box. They spin musical loops, banter with the guests and spin straw into gold.

Well-known works such as "Forest Gump", "Spinning Wheel", "Palladio", "Monster Inc." and Johannes Brahms' "Hungarian Dance No. 5" are transformed into new soundscapes with ingenuity and their own arrangements. Anyone who has experienced Sistergold knows that it will be a captivating, refined, wild and entertaining concert evening.

Sistergold unites four professional musicians on the saxophone, whose personalities and different characters merge into one - in their music, in their energy and with radiant fun.

Tini Thomsen on tenor saxophone, who has made a name for herself in numerous productions, compositions and concerts (including with Nils Landgren, NDR Big Band, house band Joko Winterscheidt Pro 7), has been with the band since 2025.
