The results and the draft of the new concept will be presented on Thursday, March 15, from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the auditorium of the Thiede secondary school (Panscheberg 56).

During this event, members of the administration and the landscape architect will be available to answer any further questions. The concept for the playground redesign can also be discussed.

Interested parties are invited to attend this event.

Information:

This project is to be launched together with the children and citizens. The political bodies are expected to decide on the project by the middle of the year. This redesign measure is derived from the integrated action plan for Steterburg and has project costs of 328,000 euros. The measure is supported by urban development funds from the federal and state governments (funding amounts to 2/3). The remaining own contribution is to be made by the town of Salzgitter.

The playground project is being implemented in cooperation with the Department for Urban Redevelopment and Socially Integrative City and the Municipal Management Company (SRB).
