At the energy consultations held in the town halls in Lebenstedt and Salzgitter-Bad, interested parties can obtain independent and neutral advice.
The city of Salzgitter and the Lower Saxony Consumer Advice Center have been successfully offering these energy consultations since 2016. Several hundred citizens have received independent advice so far.
Anyone who has questions about housing, home renovation or household appliances, or simply wants to find out more about one of these topics, can take advantage of the free advice services. The energy consultations take place on the second Thursday of every month, alternating between Lebenstedt and Salzgitter-Bad.
The next consultation dates are September 12 and November 14 in Lebenstedt town hall and October 10 and December 12 in the small town hall in SZ-Bad, always from 2 to 6 pm.
A consultation lasts approx. 45 minutes. First come, first served. However, anyone who would like to can make an appointment by telephone or email with the City of Salzgitter's climate protection manager, Jan Holzenbecher, on 05341/839-4141 or jan.holzenbecherstadt.salzgitterde.
