An open space concept is to be drawn up for the Steterburg redevelopment area, which will be funded by the federal and state governments. The aim is to develop a range of open spaces for residents in order to create more places for sport, leisure, play, meetings and local recreation in Steterburg. The new open spaces are intended to complement and enhance the existing public spaces and link them together in a meaningful way.
Residents can actively participate in the planning process: Ideas, criticism and/or suggestions for improvement are sought.
On Friday, July 16, at 4 p.m., there will be a one-hour walk through the district. Various public places will be viewed for which the participants would like to see improvements. These could be play areas, recreational areas, road crossings or individual paths. The length and course of the walk will be adapted to the wishes of the participants.
To register for the district walk, please contact the district management on 05341/ 8879201 or by email at kontaktsteterburgnet
Anyone who would like to can also submit their ideas or suggestions for improving the living environment in Steterburg in a survey. The questionnaire is available from Sabine Naats in the Neighborhood Management office at Lange Hecke 4 or can be completed and sent off directly on this page.
