Many people already use solar energy to produce their own clean electricity. Some would like to use electricity from the roof, but are concerned about the formalities. In order to be able to use this climate-friendly energy generation in a legally secure manner, there are some specific aspects to consider. Due to the legislation, a number of formalities must be fulfilled so that electricity generation does not become an adventure in the jungle of formalism.

The presentation will provide an overview of the legal aspects that need to be considered when making a purchase. The topics discussed include Commercial obligation; turnover and trade tax issues; tax implications for income tax; the need for bookkeeping; an example of an annual statement of the PV system for the tax office as well as special individual issues such as special depreciation.
