Writers have always liked to deal with the night, its realities and fantastic worlds in their texts. And when they are not awake with robbers and ghosts, with moon sheep and midnight mice, they are asleep and/or dreaming.

The Literarische Gesellschaft Salzgitter and the Literaturbüro der Stadt Salzgitter take up this theme with texts from different times and places that move in the shadowy interplay of memory and present, foreboding, uncertainty, heightened senses and irritation - atmospherically framed by music. "Recitation" Björn Försterling and Aneka Viering. Lisa Hoffmann will provide the musical accompaniment on the violin.
