In the two-day Budo Jitsu course for women, participants learn how to defend themselves, feel safer and discover their personal strength.

Information: The "Self-Defense for Women" course takes place on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12 from 10:30 am to 3:45 pm at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 45 euros.

Please bring comfortable sports clothing, something to drink and something to eat for the lunch break.

Registration is required. The registration deadline is October 6.
