A pleasant sound vibration offers space to feel good and relax. The harmonious sounds calm the mind and the rhythmic vibrations relax the body. Their gentle effect makes sound massage an extremely effective and holistic relaxation method. As a rule, deep and beneficial relaxation sets in from the very first sound massage. The sound massage sound body journey is suitable for promoting relaxation and offers space to feel good and feel yourself again. To round off the whole experience with the gentle sounds of the singing bowl, a group sound relaxation session is offered at the end.

The "Sound Massage and Sound Body Journey" course takes place on Saturday, November 15, from 9:30 am to 1:15 pm in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 25 euros.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a small cushion and warm socks.
