Lecture on the history of Salzgitter-Bad

This was operated on the site of today's Rosengarten in Salzgitter-Bad until the 20th century.

Holger Rogge is continuing his series of lectures on historical topics relating to Salzgitter-Bad with his talk entitled "The Salzliebenhalle salt works and its history".

"With their knowledge of the history of their district, Ortsheimatpfleger are living encyclopaedias and therefore sought-after people with interesting knowledge of traditional information. As a place of culture and education, the city library is therefore the ideal venue for such a lecture," says Sylvia Fiedler, head of the city library. She is delighted that Holger Rogge will be enriching the range of events with his contribution and is sure to find many interested listeners.
