Another possibility to inspect the documents during this period is directly in the town hall of the city of Salzgitter, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, in Lebenstedt on the 9th floor between rooms 918 and 919. Here you can inspect the documents at the following times:
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and
- Thursday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The planning area covers around 24.2 hectares and is located to the northwest of Humboldtallee and Salzgittersee.

The aim of the planning is to designate a special area with the purpose of an "agricultural photovoltaic plant". The planning area is located in the district of Reppner.

In order to be able to develop the development plan from the land use plan, the 123rd amendment (after re-announcement) of the land use plan of the city of Salzgitter is required. The amendment covers the entire area of application of the development plan.
The aim of the amendment to the land use plan is to depict a special construction area with the purpose designation "Agri photovoltaic plant" instead of "predominantly agriculture".

Comments can be submitted in writing to the City of Salzgitter, Department of Urban Planning, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter or by email to planungstadt.salzgitterdwithin the above-mentioned deadline. Comments can also be made verbally for the record.
