Lecture by Elmar Arnhold on the history of the building: New findings on Salder Castle

Under the title "Salder Castle and its architectural history", Dipl.-Ing. Elmar Arnhold will give a lecture on Saturday, February 21, at 4 p.m. in the Fürstensaal of the Salder Castle Municipal Museum on his findings from the latest architectural history research he carried out in the run-up to the planned installation of the elevator in the castle building.

In his lecture, he provides insights into the construction history of Salzgitter's landmark, which was built in 1608.

In his lecture, Arnhold will present numerous historical documents, such as plans, illustrations and photographs, as well as photographs of inaccessible areas, such as the upper attic storeys.
