Salzgitter

Apply now for the "Bunte Sole" prize 2026

The "Bunte Sole" will also be awarded in 2026. The prize, which is endowed with 2,000 euros, is the successor to Salzgitter's "Integration Prize", which has been awarded since 2013.

The award serves to honor outstanding achievements, but also small everyday things that help to promote integration in Salzgitter and are of fundamental importance to the city. The prize can be awarded to individuals or groups of individuals, but also to associations that have distinguished themselves through such commitment.

The "Bunte Sole" 2026 prize will be awarded by the city of Salzgitter and the Citizens' Service for Migrants.

How do you apply?

Every citizen has until August 28 to submit suggestions for potential award winners to the City of Salzgitter's Social Planning and Integration Department or the Citizens' Service for Migrants or to apply themselves. An independent jury then decides on the awarding of the "Colorful Brine".

Applications or suggestions should be sent to the following address: City of Salzgitter, Department of Social Planning and Integration, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter or by e-mail to integrationstadt.salzgitterde and to the Citizens' Service for Migrants, Kurt-Schumacher-Ring 4, 38228 Salzgitter or by e-mail to bsfm-salzgittert-onlinede.
