Development plan for central supply area Am Schölkegraben

Public interpretation: Public participation in the urban land-use planning development plan Leb 166 for Lebenstedt "Central supply area Am Schölkegraben"

At its meeting on December 9, 2025, the administrative committee of the city of Salzgitter approved the urban land-use plan as a draft for public participation.

The aim of the plan is to secure the Am Schölkegraben local shopping center in Lebenstedt.

Public interpretation period

In the period from Thursday, February 19, 2026 to Monday, March 23, 2026

the draft development plan Leb 166, the draft explanatory statement with environmental report and the environmental information already available as well as the covered sections of the development plans Leb 106 A for Lebenstedt "Am Saldergraben - Am Schölkegraben" and Leb 106 B for Lebenstedt "Gerstenweg bis Bohnenweg" will be on public display.

During this period, the plans can be viewed at Salzgitter town hall, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt on the 9th floor, corridor area between room 918 and room 919 during the following office hours:
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
- Thursday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Comments can be submitted during the above-mentioned period.

They should be sent by e-mail to planung.beteiligungstadt.salzgitterde or in writing to the City of Salzgitter, FG Stadtplanung, Joachim-Campe-Str. 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter.

It is also possible to submit comments orally for recording during the office hours of the urban planning department.
