The focus is on a holistic building management approach in which the entire life cycle of the real estate is considered.
This includes
- planning
- construction and management of all municipal buildings
- and the leasing and rental of properties
The main focus is on identifying and eliminating the need to renovate properties in order to maintain and improve their quality of use. Vacant properties are also marketed.
Other central services include the provision of operating technology as well as janitor, handyman and cleaning services.
Purchasing and catering services are provided centrally for the city of Salzgitter.
