The hunting authority shall notify the authority responsible for enforcing the Weapons Act of the following:

• the first issue of a hunting permit (hunting license),
• the result of inspections in accordance with § 17 of the Federal Hunting Act,
• confiscation or withdrawal of the hunting license,
• prohibition of hunting.
