Anyone who

• deals in livestock on a commercial basis or
• transport livestock commercially or as part of a division of labor in animal production, or
• operate a collection center,

must notify the competent authority. Any changes must also be reported immediately.

The notification must contain the following information:

• name and address
• in the case of the operation of a collection point: the location of the collection point
