Who

• trade in livestock on a commercial basis or
• transport livestock commercially or as part of the division of labor in livestock production or
• wants to operate an assembly center,

must notify the competent authority. Changes must also be reported immediately.

The notification must contain the following information:

• name and address
• in the case of the operation of a collection point: the location of the collection point
