The "old" playground and the adjacent parking lots cannot be used during this time. Children and adults can already look forward to the inauguration of the new "play and exercise" playground in spring.

Construction work is expected to begin on Monday, November 17 and last until the end of February. Weather-related changes are possible.

What is necessary for the construction of the new playground?

• The closure of the "old" playground.
• In addition, the sidewalk and parking lanes along the playground must be closed to construction vehicles.
• Traffic signs will be put up to show the (detour) route.

What can children and adults look forward to?

• The "Unter den Eichen" playground will be a beautiful new place for all generations with a variety of play, sports and recreation areas:
• Lots of exercise elements such as climbing stones, nest swing, sand play with mud table
• A roller rink that can be used by all age groups
• Picnic bench and chill-out area
• Various seating options for all generations
• The existing planting to the directly adjacent neighboring properties will be supplemented with additional shrubs.
• The original path connection in the direction of Hagenholz has been moved further south to protect the existing group of trees.
• The southern area is also characterized by the existing trees. Beneath them is a grassy area that is ideal for playing soccer or having a picnic.
• Edible berry bushes will be planted between the path and the runway.

An inauguration is planned with all interested parties and players in the spring. Then the new playground can be tested by children and adults in warmer temperatures...
