Simply tuck your yoga mat under your arm and take yoga outside! In the beautiful garden of the Kniestedter Herrenhaus, participants can expect an atmosphere in which conscious practice and mindful relaxation are possible. Participants can use all their senses to perceive what is happening in their bodies while practising yoga in a gentle way. In bad weather, yoga is practiced in the cosy yoga room.

Information: The yoga course takes place on Sunday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the garden of the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 13.50 euros.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and thin socks, bring something to drink and a small cushion.

Registration is required. The registration deadline is June 23.
