The planning area is located in Bleckenstedt, west of Üfinger Straße. The spatial scope of the development plan and the land use plan amendment can be seen in the plan sections published at the same time.
Aim of the planning
The aim of the planning is to designate an area for public use with the purpose "fire department". The designation serves the realization of a joint fire station and the associated joint location of the Sauingen, Üfingen, Beddingen and Bleckenstedt volunteer fire departments.
In order to be able to develop the development plan from the land use plan, the 125th amendment to the land use plan is required. The aim of the amendment is to depict an "area for public use".
