The aim is to make administrative actions transparent and to use customer feedback to continuously improve the services of the city administration. If you are not satisfied with the services of the city administration or have ideas and suggestions, please contact us.

The processing of ideas and complaints is assigned directly to Department I - Central and Strategic Affairs under Mayor Klingebiel.
