During this period, the plans will also be available for inspection at Salzgitter Town Hall, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8 in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt on the 9th floor, corridor area between room 918 and room 919, and can be viewed during the following office hours:

• Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The aim of the planning is to establish a special area with the purpose of a day clinic. The development plan will be drawn up as an internal development plan in accordance with Section 13a of the German Building Code using the accelerated procedure without carrying out an environmental assessment. The land use plan will be corrected after completion of the procedure.

The property is partially covered by the legally valid development plan Bad 34 for SZ-Bad "Hinter dem Salze". This plan designates a small residential area and therefore conflicts with the planned project in terms of planning law. In order for the project to be realized, the development plan Bad 124 for SZ-Bad "Tagesklinik Hinter dem Salze" must be drawn up. At the same time, the covered area of development plan Bad 34 for SZ-Bad "Hinter dem Salze" will be revoked.

The documents on display also include the environmental comments already received.

Comments can be submitted during the above-mentioned period. Any comments submitted after this deadline may be disregarded in the decision on the development plan.
