Turkish barbecue evening in the garden: Participants can look forward to an authentic barbecue evening in the garden of the Kniestedter manor house. On the Turkish barbecue, also known as a mangal, participants prepare tasty chicken, lamb and beef dishes: chicken thighs and skewers, various vegetable variations, köfte (meatballs), sucuk (spicy sausage), kuzu pirzola (tender lamb chops) and much more. A Turkish barbecue evening also includes cold dishes such as salads and meze (appetizers). The course takes place on Friday, August 15, from 6 to 9.45 p.m. in the garden of the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 40 euros (food costs are included). Participants should bring a tea towel and leftover containers.

Whether classic or creative - these sophisticated recipes invite you to try and enjoy. They are perfect for everyday use, but also for smaller or larger occasions as main dishes or side dishes.
The course will take place on Wednesday, August 27, from 5.45 to 9.30 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus and costs 30 euros (food costs are included). Participants should bring a sharp knife, a tea towel and leftover containers.
