In hectic everyday life, it is always a challenge to stay with yourself and decide what is really important and feels good.
In this course, participants will use easy-to-learn methods and strategies to find their own center again, reduce stress, release blockages and rediscover access to their own source of energy.
Course content:
- Movement exercises and techniques to improve body awareness
- Exercises to release tension in the shoulder/neck area
- Stimulation of energy flow and centering, e.g. meridian movements, acupressure and emotional stress reduction (ESR), strengthening the vagus nerve

The course "Keeping your balance - even when it's stormy - with elements from kinesiology" takes place on Wednesday, March 4, from 5 to 7.15 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 12.30 euros.
Please bring along: Pencil, blanket, comfortable clothing
