In a specially developed circuit training program, participants train their mental performance in a small group. They learn practical exercises that can be easily integrated into their job and everyday life. After all, just a few minutes of daily brain training will improve your mental fitness. You will be able to concentrate better, remember more, react faster and remain more emotionally stable at work and in everyday life.
The exercises are varied:
- Movement exercises to strengthen coordination and combination skills as well as the sense of balance;
- Perception and focusing exercises to increase attention span;
- Concentration exercises to improve memory;
- Exercises that increase thinking speed and many more.
Participants are familiarized with each exercise. With repetition, a certain routine is established so that these exercises can be continued at home.

The course "Increase your mental fitness! Intensive brain jogging course", will take place on Friday, November 21, from 2 to 6 pm, and on Saturday, November 22, from 9 am to 4 pm, at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 70 euros.
