These yoga classes focus on physical exercises to prevent or alleviate ailments. Muscles are loosened, stretched and strengthened. Self-awareness is trained through alternating tension and relaxation. Conscious breathing and targeted relaxation support the beneficial effect of the exercises.

The yoga course starts on Tuesday, August 19 (4 to 5.30 p.m.) and ends on January 20, 2026. The 16 dates cost 91 euros. The course takes place in the music room at Steterburg Primary School. The meeting point is 15 minutes before the start of the course at the main entrance of Steterburg Primary School, Breslauer Straße 58.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, a yoga mat and a small cushion.
