Regardless of age or physical fitness, participants learn effective techniques to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations. The course also covers the basics of posture and movement, how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations, and simple yet effective techniques for defending against attacks.

The course is open to anyone who wants to improve their safety and self-confidence. No prior experience is required.

Information: The course takes place from September 14, 2026, through January 28, 2027, every Monday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Str. 137a, 38259 Salzgitter). The cost is 270.40 euros.

Registration is required. The registration deadline is September 10, 2026.

Please bring comfortable workout clothes and indoor shoes to the course.
